Living into Truth: This Is How We Do ItAs I continued to sit in the quiet, I wondered: If the saints and mystics are right—if we are one with God—how do we not just believe it, but live into that truth? How do we let it move from an idea in our heads to a living reality in our hearts, a deep knowing in our bones? A quiet sense stirred in me—not a booming voice, but a gentle awareness, like a nudge from within: This is the sacred journey of rewiring, of remembering. It’s not a poetic phrase—it’s a real, embodied process. Sacred rewiring is the slow, holy work of letting go of false beliefs—the ones that told us we had to earn love, prove our worth, or stay small to be safe—and letting new, life-giving truths take root. And it’s not just spiritual; it’s neurological. Each time we remember the truth—I am one with God—we reshape the neural pathways in our brains. We undo old circuits of fear and shame and rewire the brain to strengthen pathways of love, safety, and deep belonging. We’re changing the way our brains see reality. We’re gently replacing mistruths—like I’m not enough, God is far away, or I have to earn love—with deeper truths: I am held in the Divine Embrace. I am the essence of love. I have always been, and always will be, One with God. It doesn’t happen all at once. It’s not a lightning bolt—it’s more like gentle rain softening dry soil. It takes time to unlearn the messages we’ve absorbed—messages of shame, separation, and scarcity—time to let a knowing beyond understanding settle into our bones. This is the deeper work that transforms us. It’s a gentle, holy process. |
